The venue provides a range of event space in two adjacent buildings (Hazlehyrst and Chester House), linked by idyllic and relaxing gardens:
Hazlehyrst
Spacious Edwardian Villa: seminar room, lounge, dining room and easy access to gardens. Perfect for staff development/training or management planning days. Capacity: up to 20.
Chester House
Blue Room
General purpose meeting room with a variety of layouts, best suited to larger groups. Hearing loop installed. Capacity: up to 80.
Green Room
Boardroom layout can also be an informal lounge/meeting space. Hearing loop installed. Capacity: up to 30.
Quiet Room
Breakout space - also great for groups requiring space for reflection or meditation. Hearing loop installed. Capacity: up to 25.
Art Space
Flexible area for arts/crafts/rehearsal activities. Capacity: up to 15.
Conference Café
Soft seating, bistro tables and chairs. Excellent refreshment/lunch facilities and breakout space.
All Chester House meeting rooms have wheelchair access.
Gardens and Grounds
The picturesque gardens and grounds are ideal for break-out and team building activities (weather permitting) and can be hired as flexible event space in themselves.
Equipment and catering
Video projector, OHP, white board, flip chart, lectern, TV/video/DVD and cd/cassette player provided free of charge - please pre-book all equipment. All meals and refreshments provided; special dietary needs catered for.
Refreshments can be served on arrival, mid-morning and afternoon; and buffet lunch is included in day delegate package. Also, refreshments, lunch, dinner and B&B are included in the residential delegate package.
