London Aquarium

The £25 million London Aquarium is the first attraction of its kind in the capital, and is one of Europe's largest exhibitions of global aquatic life, displayed in over 2 million litres of water. The London Aquarium combines education, relaxation and entertainment through a multi-sensory voyage of discovery through the rivers, lakes and oceans of the world.
Nowhere else in London can visitors come face-to-face with sabre-toothed sharks, encounter a frenzied piranha feed, and stroke friendly rays and starfish.

The London Aquarium is also the ideal venue for corporate hospitality and private events. Guests make their relaxing descent into the tranquil depths of the London Aquarium to sip champagne with the sharks, chat alongside the piranhas and dine with the stingrays.

Immersed in the tropical rainforest and mangrove, guests will be surrounded by leafy canopies of an Amazonian rainforest with cascading waterfalls. This is a relaxing and unique area for receptions or pre-dinner drinks. In this area there is the exciting opportunity for your guests to witness a spectacular archerfish feed.
The Pacific area is superb for receptions of up to 150 or alternatively a stunning setting for intimate dinners of up to 60 guests. In this spectacular fearless divers can swim with the sharks and interact with guests, while sporting a company logo or message.

The Atlantic area is an amazing backdrop to a larger reception of up to 500 or a seated dinner for 180 guests. The inhabitants of the Atlantic tank are native sharks, sting rays and shoaling fish and when the Acquarium’s divers drop in to the tank between courses to hand-feed them it creates a frenzy you simply cannot miss. London Aquarium is available for evening functions only from 6.30pm onwards.
