Within a landmark London building, a culinary treat awaits. Using the finest of the country's seasonal produce, a restaurant has been created dedicated to the best of British cooking. Roast’s wonderful seasonal menu changes monthly and sources ingredients directly from Borough Market, where 10,000 food lovers flock each weekend to shop for the goods of some of Britain's best farmers and producers. Borough Market is a focal point of a vibrant, modern London and Roast reflects this essence in it’s flavour, panache and energy.

A stylish interior with an uncluttered yet warm contemporary feel, the restaurant boasts beautiful soaring tracery windows juxtaposed by the energy and movement of the kitchen on view. Flooded with light, the mood is elegant and airy during the day. As evening draws in, diners watch the sunset behind a majestic view of St. Paul’s Cathedral lending an intimate feel to a unique dining experience.

Roast is also an ideal venue for a variety of exclusive bespoke events, from business breakfasts to wedding receptions. It is the perfect venue for breakfast presentations given its proximity to the City, the Southbank and just seconds walk from London Bridge. It can be hired for awards ceremonies, private dinners, product launches on Monday evenings or Sundays and wedding receptions on Sundays and can accommodate 110 for a seated breakfasts/dinners or around 170 for standing receptions.
