The client
An award winning Corporate Event Management Company who deliver 200 + events from Team Building, Conferences and Incentives and general Event Services both here in the UK and internationally. The company is highly respected in the corporate event sector with high profile clients including major financial corporations and plc’s. The culture of the company is extremely creative where event quality and delivery is paramount.
They are opening new offices in South West London and need an Account Manager/Event Manager to join the team of 3.
The role
You will be managing and developing key accounts by taking client briefs, providing accurate event costings, attending client meetings to present proposals and researching/following up on new opportunities within the London corporate event arena.
The person
As this is a new office and a small team you will need to be exceptionally self motivated with strong time management skills.
Ideally, you will have 1-2 years event co-ordination experience and be familiar with London suppliers and venues. As this role with involve both reactive and proactive event sales, you will be a strong communicator and networker with the drive and enthusiasm to seize and create new event opportunities.
