Ex Olympic swimmer Sharron Davies will also be speaking all three days for the show sharing her hints and tips on how to improve fitness and wellbeing in the office. Recent research by Leitz confirmed that 97% of office workers spend over 50% of their working day sitting at their desk.  Just 19% take a break from their desk every hour and a further 21% only leave their desk to go for lunch.
