Job Description
Our client recognises the importance of the Back of House management position and wants to have a strong person to join the team. The role essentially covers any operational matters that are not related to the creative themes of an event. You will be involved in such diverse areas as, setting up kitchens, ordering hire equipment, performing stock takes, driving vehicles and purchasing wine!
You will work a flexible 40 hour week, working at events as and when required, or else back at the base unit. When circumstances require that more work be done you will be paid overtime.

Required Skills and Desirable Attributes
This role requires someone with previous events experience who has worked in a back of house capacity for one of the other large events caterering companies. Management experience would be beneficial, although you should still be willing to learn new ways of doing things. You must have a full drivers license valid for the UK with no points.
Desirable attributes are flexibility, organisation, a strong work ethic, and an ability to find solutions - if you have these then we want to hear from you!
