Job Description
Join this well established recruitment team . You will work with an established client base, as well as bringing in new companies, working to deliver highly tailored candidates to fill their various vacancies. You will play a major role at all points in the client lifecycle, from dealing with initial enquiries, to sourcing candidates, to ensuring the successful placement of candidates and filling of positions.
Main Duties will be
· Manage and enhance relationships with both new and existing clients in order to generate permanenet recruitment business.
. Attract additional business from new clients by proactive means
· Researching and contacting potential new candidates and client leads
. Interviewing and reference checking of candidates
· Create client interest through sales and marketing initiatives
· Site Visits and Showrounds
· Produce promotional material updating existing clients on new candidates
· Ensure all new marketing material reaches clients and target related follow-ups are done
· Research and maintain contacts with industry bodies, including being a representative at industry functions and exhibitions
Required Experience and Desirable Attributes
· At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry at management level or 3 years in recruitment
· Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry and normal client requirements for particular roles. Understanding of basic recruitment procedures and good practices.
· Ability to demonstrate initiative
