Chilling and Chocolate at The NEC!

At the end of September LondonMICE ventured into the heart of the midlands to exhibit at the National Incentives Show in Birmingham’s NEC. Accompanied by Chillspace; event design and production house, and Only Chocolate Ltd; makers of the best brownies known to man, we set out to spread the word of London’s no.1 online event resource.

Amid the rows of quirky key rings, branded biros and logo-ed lavatory brushes the LondonMICE stand was glowing like a beacon… literally. Thanks to some creative design from Chillspace, who provided a light bar and furniture in the LondonMICE branded colours, passers by could not help but be drawn in. The icing on the cake, or should I say brownie, was provided by Only Chocolate’s, ‘Coco à Moi’ assorted brownies, which went down a storm and drew many a repeat customer.

In keeping with our new developments towards promoting sustainability within events, visitors to our stand were also given the opportunity to swap their various paper and plastic give away bags for a re-usable and ethically stylish Eco Sheek bag. With a few flyers and some contact information thrown in for good measure the bags were like a little take away version of the LondonMICE site, and by the end of the show we had run out!

So many thanks to Chillspace, Only Chocolate Ltd and Eco Sheek for dressing the stand and supplying the goodies, and Regenesys for the website demonstration and extra hands. We hope the many contacts gained prove useful!
