Spotlight on Congress Centre

Leading central London conference & events venue, Congress Centre, has recently invested heavily in a new advanced intelligent lighting system for Congress Hall, the largest room at the venue. The £30,000 intelligent lighting installation by manufacturer Avolites, suppliers of lighting for numerous high-profile music events including the Glastonbury Festival, incorporates multiple gobos and enables lighting to be pre-programmed to focus in and out, change colour, project images and move around to great effect.

Wow Factor!
According to Robert Girvan, Director of Congress Centre, "The new lighting system is very versatile and can achieve pretty amazing results. It will bring an instant wow factor to events staged at Congress Hall."

Upgrades All Round
In addition to the new lighting system, which also involved the installation of a new double AV desk, Congress Centre has upgraded all its radio receivers, lapel, hand-held and top table microphones in the Hall to high-specification Shure microphones for enhanced sound quality.
