Lyn Morton, the in-house chef provides inspired menus of hand-made dishes for working lunches, private dining and buffet lunches.  All the food is made from the freshest possible ingredients, as all the food are sourced from suppliers in Covent Garden and Borough Market, buying organic where possible.
