Rod has been performing Magic for over 30 years, firstly as an enthusiastic amateur; then after developing his skills and showmanship turning semi-professional in the late 90’s. 
A chance meeting with a member of the Magic Circle in 2000 led him to turn full time Professional.  Presently a Member of the Magic Circle, The International Brotherhood of Magicians and Equity Rod is at home on stage performing to 1000 as he is to a small group at a private party.  He specialises in Corporate Events and is a crowd puller at trade shows and product launches.  Rod is often called upon to act as host and MC for events. 

Rod has a prestigious client list including: SUZUKI, B2B Communications and Professional Event Organisers and venues include: Café Royale (London), Gold Cup Suite Sandown Racecourse and National Bank of Abu Dhabi.  Recently Rod performed at the passing out celebrations of Prince Harry at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and in the Queens Room on board the Queen Mary 2. 

Rod has also performed at countless Weddings and Private Parties brining extra special entertainment to the extra special day.

Favourite effects: (He hates the word ‘trick’) anything that involves the audience; but tends to specialise in Close-Up, Cabaret and Mentalism.  Everything he does involves audience participation and is blended with his own unique style of humour.  He allows the magic not only to happen right in front of the audience but often right in their very own hands.  His Mentalism and mind reading act is a unique performance of inter-audience participation with an astounding finale.

His cabaret shows which can be tailored to even the smallest of venues again involve tasteful audience participation leaving them with experiences that are talked about long after the event.

Rod has become renown in the magical world for his professionalism and attention to detail.  Currently he is greatly in demand on the military circuit performing at many mess dinners and balls, and he has also recently filmed a short television piece for BBC3 and performed in the Queens Room on the Queen Mary 2.
